Terms of use
The main rules for Academy accounts, purchases, course access, learning records, and instructor activity.
This operational draft describes implemented controls. Final United States, United Kingdom, Egypt, and other market-specific tax, digital-content consent, privacy, refund, consumer-rights, and InstaPay wording must be approved before live checkout is enabled.
Accounts and security
Students may register for their own account. Instructor access is invitation only. Account credentials are personal, and instructor and super-admin accounts require multi-factor authentication. Tell us promptly if access may be compromised.
Purchases and access
Prices are charged in EGP. Card access begins only after a signed Stripe webhook confirms payment. InstaPay access begins only after manual approval. Course access is lifetime or time limited as stated at purchase. A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable learning licence, not ownership of course content.
Learning and certificates
Progress, quizzes, assignments, grading, and certificate rules follow the published course revision attached to the enrollment. A certificate confirms completion of those rules. It is not a professional licence, employment guarantee, ranking guarantee, revenue guarantee, or advertising-performance guarantee.
Availability and changes
Aktyvus may maintain, correct, unpublish, archive, or suspend content and accounts for security, quality, legal, or operational reasons. Published revisions preserve historical orders, progress, submissions, grades, and certificates. Material access changes are audited.
Liability and governing terms
Courses provide education and practical frameworks. Learners remain responsible for business, financial, tax, legal, advertising, and implementation decisions. Final limitation, consumer-rights, governing-law, and dispute wording requires legal approval before production checkout is enabled.
