Acceptable use

Permitted use

Use the Academy for personal learning, authorised teaching, assessment, and administration. Respect other users, instructor boundaries, copyright, privacy, and course-specific instructions.

Prohibited activity

• Sharing accounts, playback links, session tokens, paid downloads, answers, or private submissions.
• Copying, recording, scraping, redistributing, reselling, or attempting to bypass protected video or access controls.
• Uploading malware, executable content, unlawful material, personal data without authority, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Harassment, impersonation, cheating, fraudulent payments, false reviews, automated abuse, or interference with service availability.
• Probing or exploiting security weaknesses without written authorisation.

Enforcement

Aktyvus may rate-limit, moderate, preserve evidence, revoke sessions or access, suspend accounts, unpublish courses, or refer serious conduct to providers or authorities. Sensitive actions require server-side authorization and an audit record. Protected browser video can deter redistribution but cannot guarantee prevention of screen recording.
