How Gabber Corporate Advisory LLC handles personal data when you browse, buy, learn, teach, or administer Aktyvus Academy.
This operational draft describes implemented controls. Final United States, United Kingdom, Egypt, and other market-specific tax, digital-content consent, privacy, refund, consumer-rights, and InstaPay wording must be approved before live checkout is enabled.
Controller and contact
Gabber Corporate Advisory LLC is the operator of Aktyvus Academy and the controller for Academy account and learning data. It is a Wyoming limited liability company with Original ID 2026-002022101. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@aktyvus.co.uk.
Data we use
- Account, identity, contact, consent, security, and session records.
- Orders, payment status, refund history, coupon use, and manually submitted InstaPay evidence.
- Enrollments, lesson progress, playback sessions, notes, quiz attempts, assignments, grades, Q&A, reviews, and certificates.
- Instructor profiles, course content, publishing actions, sales reports, and audit records.
- Necessary technical logs and optional analytics or marketing events chosen through cookie settings.
Why we use it
Data is used to provide contracted course access, secure accounts, process and reconcile payments, deliver learning features, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, respond to requests, and improve the service where a valid basis applies. Optional analytics and marketing are consent controlled.
Providers and international processing
The Academy uses service providers for hosting, PostgreSQL and backups, Bunny Stream video, Stripe payments, Amazon SES email, and approved analytics. Provider access is limited to the service purpose. Transfer safeguards and processor terms must be confirmed in the production data map before launch.
Retention and your choices
Account export and deletion requests are available from Profile and Security. Deletion has a seven-day cancellation window. Data may be anonymised or retained where financial, fraud, dispute, safeguarding, or legal-hold obligations require it. The approved production retention schedule controls exact periods.
- Ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable.
- Withdraw optional analytics or marketing consent at any time through Cookie settings.
- Complain to the competent privacy or data-protection authority where applicable.
