Refund policy
How refund requests, course access, provider processing, and certificate status are handled.
This operational draft describes implemented controls. Final United States, United Kingdom, Egypt, and other market-specific tax, digital-content consent, privacy, refund, consumer-rights, and InstaPay wording must be approved before live checkout is enabled.
Before purchase
Each course page shows price in EGP, access duration, learning outcomes, prerequisites, curriculum, completion rules, and a refund summary. Checkout must collect the final approved digital-content and cancellation consent before live payments are enabled.
Requesting a refund
Send the order reference, account email, course, reason, and relevant evidence to info@aktyvus.co.uk. Eligibility and timing depend on the approved policy, applicable law, course use, and any provider or fraud review. This draft does not promise eligibility.
Processing
Approved Stripe refunds are sent to the original payment route. Approved InstaPay refunds are recorded with a manual reference, approver, date, amount, and evidence. Provider fees, exchange timing, and bank settlement timing may be shown separately.
Effect on access
A partial refund updates the order and sales report. A completed full refund revokes course playback and can revoke the related certificate with an audited reason. Learning history is retained where required for integrity, disputes, or legal obligations.
